REQUEST A MOTOFEN PRESCRIPTION

Motofen is now available through Mail Order Pharmacy via ProCare PharmacyCare (PPC). To request your new prescription, you will need to create an account, confirm your physician information, answer a few health related questions, and submit your request. Your request is monitored by a pharmacist and you will be notified of your physician's response.
